Gold Circle Network provides an online platform that allows members and collectors to list coins for sale and enables other members to submit bids or purchase those coins directly from the seller.

Gold Circle Network acts solely as a hosting and facilitation platform. We are not the seller, buyer, agent, broker, auctioneer, valuer, authenticator, guarantor, or intermediary in any transaction concluded between members.

All listings, descriptions, images, prices, bids, representations, warranties, payment arrangements, delivery arrangements, insurance, verification of authenticity, condition of coins, and completion of the sale are the sole responsibility of the relevant seller and buyer.

Gold Circle Network does not guarantee:

• The authenticity, quality, grade, condition, ownership, availability, or value of any coin listed;

• The accuracy or completeness of any listing, description, image, certificate, or supporting information;

• That a buyer will complete payment;

• That a seller will deliver the coin;

• That any transaction will be completed successfully, safely, or lawfully.

Members participate in transactions at their own risk. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before bidding or purchasing, including verifying the coin, seller, price, certification, payment terms, and delivery arrangements. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have legal ownership of the coin, that the listing is accurate, and that the transaction is fulfilled as agreed.

Gold Circle Network accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment, non-delivery, defect, counterfeit item, failed transaction, or any other issue arising from or connected to a sale, bid, purchase, communication, or arrangement between members.

Any dispute relating to a transaction must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. Gold Circle Network may, at its discretion, remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other platform-related action, but this does not create any obligation or liability on our part.

By using Gold Circle Network, members acknowledge and agree that the platform is provided as a member-to-member marketplace only, and that Gold Circle Network shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, costs, damages, or legal consequences arising from transactions conducted through the platform.
